MORFAR Strategies, Inc. is a private investment and management company that focuses on equity participation opportunities in profitable, high growth, second-stage companies.  Prospective investment opportunities will generally have predictable revenue streams of between $2 and $50 million and a demonstrated earnings record that leads, or is at least commensurate with, other sector participants.  Although MORFAR prefers opportunities in the Southeast and has a keen interest in the healthcare, insurance agencies, aging populations and wellness sectors it also specializes in finding unique opportunities across a variety of business niches, industries and geographies. Those companies found most interesting include highly scalable opportunities where business solution automation and technology optimization can influence economies of scale, expansion and profitability in a growing and vibrant market sector. 

We are focused, driven and committed to uncovering the unique opportunities that are beyond the angel investor stage, yet are overlooked by large investor funds and are not ready for the Wall Street capital markets.  Our mission is to prepare, package and position these mid-stage gems so that their positive operating attributes are maximized and as a result, their stakeholders have the greatest opportunity for value optimization.
